The effective fan control OCTO from Aqua Computer, impresses with a multitude of connection options and settings in the extensive aquasuite software. The fan control offers space for a total of eight PWM fans and also has connections for two RGBx elements, four temperature sensors and a flow sensor.
Due to the maxiamle total power of 100W and 25W per fan channel, splitters can also be used to connect several fans to one channel. In combination with the temperature sensor connections, fans can also be temperature controlled.
The two RGBx outputs allow the settings of digitally controllable LEDs, which are compatible with the RGB products of other manufacturers, even with an optionally available adapter. Due to the flow sensor, the use in a water-cooled PC is also possible.
The OCTO fan control gets its power from a 4-pin Molex power supply. Information and data are directly transmitted to the mainboard via USB 2.0 to be read out in aquasuite. The software can also be used to adjust the finer details in order to optimize your system.
