With this waterblock kit we offer the perfectly tailored cooling solution for the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 Mainboard.

On this Mainboard the Southbridge, Northbridge and the SATA2 Chip as well as VRM modules are cooled by one heatpipe. This heatpipe only works properly with the airflow from a large CPU cooler. We hence strongly recommend cooling the Chipsets , NF200 Chips as well as VRM modules with water if you cool your CPU with water. This enables stable operation even when overclocked!

With this new waterblock kit it is possible to cool North- as well as Southbridge and the SATA2 Chip and VRM modules at the same time, offering you the following advantages:

• No more fittings in the expansion slot area, all slots are fully operable with this waterblock!

• Only 2 fittings are required, even very large fittings are possible as the connection threads are outside of the expansion slot area.

• Not only both Chipsets are cooled, but also the very hot SATA2 Chip

• In combination with  the included dual-VRM waterblock all heat-sensitive elements are cooled in an uniform design!

This waterblock is the perfect expansion your you if you are already using a watercooled system.

IMPORTANT: The deinstallation of the stock Chipset cooler may void your warranty, please work accordingly careful when mounting this product. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from or during  installation of this product and will not be liable.

Recommendation: For protection of the open X58 Northbridge we recommend to order the protective pad 31059 & 31060. Please make sure to use only non-conductive thermal compound such as the Arctic MX series!
