Withdrawal

Customers who are consumers, the following right appeal. A customer is a consumer, if the order at Aquatuning neither his commercial nor its independent vocational activity may be attributed.

Revocation Withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you have taken, or a  third party  representative of yours who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. by a clear statement (eg a letter by post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form which is not mandatory, however.
You can fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website www.aquatuning.de electronically. If you make use of this opportunity, we will forward to you immediately (eg by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal.In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about the withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we give you back all the payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery more expensive than the cheapest standard type of shipping method we offer ), and must repaid immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we recieve the notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If you have received goods in connection with the contract, you have to send us the goods promptly back and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you have declared your withdrawal to

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days. You bear the cost of returning with the exception of parcel returns in Germany through the online return service. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, if the deterioration in value is due to a not necessary inspection of characteristics and functions of the goods.

Packaging ordinance

Since the 01.04.2008 can all packaging materials of Aquatuning on the Dual System Germany, the Green Dot, to be disposed of. This also applies to cartons and plastics that do not have green dot is shown. Aquatuning contributes to the cooperation with the Green Dot for the complete proof of the whereabouts of packing material.

We are committed to packaging of products that have been sent before 01.04.2008 and not a symbol of a comprehensive waste management system contribute (eg green dot), to withdraw and to provide for the reuse or disposal. For more information on this please contact us. We can alternatively municipal collection name in your area who receive free packaging.

Battery Recycling

In connection with the sale of batteries or accumulators or the delivery of equipment containing rechargeable or disposable batteries, we are under an obligation to draw your attention to the Battery Ordinance Disposal according to this: 
Batteries may not be disposed of with household waste. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can return old batteries directly at point of sale or at other locations free of charge (eg in municipal collection). You can return used batteries by post to us. Batteries that contain hazardous substances are labeled with the symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin.

Thanks to our exclusive contracts and direct distributions from well-known manufacturers, we can offer our customers a huge variety of products at unbeatable prices. We carry products from most major manufacturers and choose new partners carefully. We take care that our high quality standards are met, as well as on the long-term realibility of our partners. This is the only way we can support our customers with competence and convince through our service.

 We clearly distance from dubious manufacturers who try to impress customers or attract attention by manipulated data or who have a bad credit history or a bad reputation. Therefore, we recommend: "What you will not find at Aquatuning, you should not buy elsewhere!"

Therefore, you can be sure that only those products are availible at Aquatuning, that meet our own high quality standards. We also keep a distance of dubious manufacturers that try to impress customers by manipulating performance data, or those producers which excluded themselves due to a poor credit history or a bad reputation as a qualified supplier. We want to be a long-term competent business partner for our customers, and impress through our service.

Quality assurance:
Not every product can be tested by us before sending. We therefore trust to the high quality awareness of our suppliers and manufacturers. But even a 100% control could not provide complete security. This is particularly true for errors that occur later, from breaks or electrical failure. Nor can excluede the wear of products (eg discolouration of hoses, etc.). After years of experience in this area we can see, however, that the quality standards in recent years have increased enormously and today are at a level that barely allows defects.

Hardware damage:
It is mostly unlikely that a water cooling product causes a hardware damage. Please check this information before you get in contact with us or you send damaged hardware to us.
 
The warranties:
Nevertheless, if a component has an error and cause damage to your PC, please observe the following:

In the case of claims, we have completed a product liability insurance, which is responsible for the regulation of existing damage. The size of the damage does not matter - Aquatuning will pass in each case the damage to the insurance company, which will then also be the single point of contact. Aquatuning itself will not have any information about the particular case or the status of the processing. If you send your request then to Aquatuning we cannot anwert to it. The insurance company will send all communication to the customer itself and the contact will eventually run between the insurance company and the customer. Also, we unfortunately can not take influence on the decision of the insurance, as these usually use an independent expert for the evaluation of each case assigned.

In our experience, the damage can only be refunded if:
the installation of the components is done professionally or by a specialist,
the error on a component was not discovered although an expert assessment prior to installation was made,
the details of the assembly instructions were strictly followed (If no assembly instructions to be available and / or they themselves have insufficient expertise, you have to get the needed information yourself.)
the damage occurred despite the above points at a proper commissioning
and the necessary documents and products were returned within 2 weeks after the damage was noticed at Aquatuning.

Flow in case of damage:
  • Please create copies of the original bills of damaged hardware.
  • Also, create copies of the original invoices please the defective products and, if necessary, select the product responsible for the damage.
  • Make a photo of the defect and make photos that show how the product was installed and how it has come to the damage if possible.
  • Please describe in a short written report, how it has come to the damage and quantify the total resulting damage.Send us the copies of the invoice (damaged hardware and water cooling), the photos, the damage report (also in advance by e-mail) and the product responsible for the damage.
  • Please send in the defective hardware only if you think that it will be necessary for the insurance experts.Otherwise, keep your defective product at home. However, please dispose the hardware at the earliest after completion of the insurance process. In individual cases the insurance company would like to inspect the defective hardware. If the hardware in such a case can not be provided, it is possible that your case will be closed immediately and in extreme cases, the insurance may sue you for indication of attempted fraud. Please do not dispose the damaged parts hasty!
  • We will examine the parts ourself and then forward it to the insurance company.
  • From this point Aquatuning is no longer the contact person. Between the sending of us and the investigation by the insurance company your case does not yet have a claim number. An inquiry with the insurance will not be able to provide any information about the current state during this "dead time". Also Aquatuning is powerless here.
  • After recording of the claim by the insurance company they will send you a letter or contact you by telephone. This takes most likely up to 2 weeks.
  • After completion of the assessment, the insurance company will send you a detailed report of the experts and the final assessment of a claim for damages in writing.
  • Any further correspondence will be only with the insurance company.
